Meat sauce/Bolognese
Schnitzel
Sausages or scrambled eggs are always easy to make last minute - they were my to go when I ran out of ready made or forgot to defrost something.

Spanach in muffin tins. It’s sautéed onion,frozen spinach,eggs,shredded cheese and bake for 30minutes… freezes great

Schnitzel
French fries
Any kind of pasta (preferably not spaghetti, hard to eat for a toddler!)
Kugel(potato or pasta)
Tuna or salmon patties
Vegetable patties
Cold cut sandwich
Squeeze yogurt/apple sauce
Pancake
French toast
Blintzes
Do not send soup, chulent or gefilte fish to morah's house! So not practical to serve in a group setting!
