You think you're a perfect parent because your three month old is rolling over
You spend way to long packing up your kids ten snacks, proper lunch, with a handwritten note
What's yours?

You cry on your child’s first day of school and then proceed to call the teacher an hour after the day started to check up.

You’re pregnant and can’t wait for the baby to be born not knowing the amount of work and sleep deprivation you’ll be having
(It’s different either way subsequent kids once you know what to expect!)

Is this making fun of yourself?
Asking seriously.
Are you all first time moms?

All of us either were or are! It's okay to laugh at ourselves.

I'm not making fun of anyone lol my search history literally includes all those things from my first child. Now that I'm doing it a second time around, I know okay yeah sometimes babies just have cold hands and of course they prefer to sleep on me.

You wake your baby to see her smile.
Every little thing that's out of the ordinary sends you running to the pediatrician in a panic.
You think your kid is the prettiest, smartest, and God's gift to humanity.

Yes but also I have helped experienced moms with things like that because I was doing so much research and had information they just didn’t know. Some of them even asked me because I had so much knowledge on the topic.

You sterilize the paci every time it falls on the floor.
Your baby (who isnt even crawling yet) wears shoes.
You wash all the clothes before your baby wears them to remove the chemicals from China.

You believe you're going to be a good mother. When they grow up it can be humbling. And demoralizing.
