I am making a salad bar for a simcha and need some salad dressings to put out.
Please post some recipes.
Also good ones to just keep in the fridge.
Please also write what type of salad it is best for. Ex, lettuce, purple cabbage, etc..

Mazel tov!!!
Pareve ranch dressing, this or variations (mine is similar but uses lemon juice instead of vinegar and calls for mixing the milk sub withe lemon juice first, let sit for 10 minutes, then add rest of ingredients. It has dill, too.): https://www.kosher.com/recipe/.....6186/ Good with purple cabbage too.
Nish nosh dressing (you'll it on Imamother) is nice on salads with croutons.
The Marplespoon cookbooks have a wonderful quinoa salad and dressing. I googled and see an Instagram link but I can't open it. It's similar to this: https://www.inspiredtaste.net/.....cipe/ I don't share recipes in cookbooks with such large groups unless I see them elsewhere.

Garlic/Soy Dressing
1/2 C oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves crushed garlic
squirt of mustard
We use this dressing over a roasted portabella salad, but I've found it versatile and use it on deli salad for a change, roasted sweet potato salad. Most of my salads start with a mix of greens, I might add purple cabbage for color, sometimes add a starch (like quinoa or farro), and topped with a roasted vegetable. Or greens, pickles, shredded carrots, and deli.
Another dressing I consider basic is Caesar Dressing. Use for caesar salad, of course, but I use for other salads as well (including some of my green salads, deli salad, etc....I like to change things up a bit sometimes.)
I also keep a honey/mustard dressing in my fridge, mostly for deli salad.
