like pudding from scratch, soups, hot cocoa from scratch..

Creamy mushroom or salmon sauce for Pasta.
fry onions with mushroom or salmon, add 3 spoons flour or 2 flour and 1 mushroom/onion soup mix, pour in milk, season with salt & pepper. bring to simmer whilst stirring, it will thicken up. you an add more milk if its too thick. you can add cheese, I usually dont.

I also make Pancakes when we have to much milk. Martha Stewart has the easies and delicious recipe
