I second Rivky Abecasis, though it's been 16 years since my daughter got her ears pierced....so price definitely outdated.

I used Esti Rubinfeld as did a few pple I know. I think I paid $60 2 years ago. She's a NP at West Park Pediatrics. Does ear piercing at home. (I think Tallymawr, unless she moved recently)

I used Esti Rubinfeld 3 times. She got the holes perfectly in the correct spots and was so calm and clean
