I do falafel night or falafel bar pretty frequently. We put out Israeli salad, lettuce, onions, chickpeas, corn, jalapeno, techina, pitas, bread, etc. and everyone assembles and makes their own dinner. Getting tired of dumping everything in plastic bowls and want to plate it nicely, any product recommendations?

A divided bowl/platter of any shape would be nice.

Oh that is cute, I'd prefer something with different size compartments but this is a really good idea

I generally cut the pitas in half, set them up on taco stands, and stuff them with protein (a couple of lamb meatballs or falafel or shwarma). Then I serve the chopped salad in a salad bowl (avocado salsa or Israeli salad) and everyone can top their pitas themselves. I also lay out squeeze bottles of tehini, garlic mayo, etc.

There are prettier taco stands out there, but I find these simple to wash or throw into the dishwasher, and they don't take up much space.
Did this tonight with baby chicken shwarma.
