The reason why there are no cases is because most insurance companies cracked down on the hours allowed for ABA para, and don't allow any hours when a child is in school.
So there are an overload of cases for after school hours and weekends if your son wants to work then.
He could apply to special ed schools as a classroom assistant. Some of them even provide supervision for ABA fieldwork or fieldwork experience if that's why he wanted a job as an ABA para.
Not sure who still has openings at this point though.

Not sure where you're located, but we’re on the lookout for an experienced ABA therapist to work with our 5.5 yr old son from Monday to Thursday, around 4:30 to 8:00 PM, Friday afternoons and Sundays at our home on Ave I/East 7th Street. We work with Triumph Agency, so if it works out, we can connect him with them to get on his case. Feel free to DM me if he is interested.
