I need to get away for some quiet by myself and I have basically one day.
Where can I go for one night and day myself? Thinking a hotel in Brooklyn/NYC near kosher food.
Any ideas?

Maybe go to Deal, there's kosher food.
There's also Sleepy Hollow kosher hotel, they have breakfast & a restaurant on site.
If you want to stay in Brooklyn, the Avenue Plaza hotel in BP or Pointe Plaza or Condor Hotel in Williamsburg.

I do Miami for one night by myself all the time! It's 2 days though, not 1.
6:30am flight, return the next day on a 9pm flight.
It's absolutely heaven!!!

These could be interesting but I'd rather stay close by and not have to drive far.
For food I don't mind UberEats.

You can stay in Manhattan near some nice parks and shopping and plenty of food options....

You can take the SeaBreeze ferry from Manhattan to NJ and then a short Uber ride to Long Branch.
ETA: what an appropriate amother color!

You can choose any Jewish area that's not your own. It's an amazing experience because you experience it as a vacation. Even your own neighborhood if there's an hotel type of thing you can spend the night.
