How long does it take to cook cutlets in Betty. Mine have been in for a good fifteen minutes and still don’t look ready?

If u preheated the oil before adding the cutlet then 15 mins should've been enough. Tops 20 mins. But after 15 mins if it's still raw then somethings wrong with the machine
