In the past I've managed on two winter outfits per child because there were still warm enough days to use summer on Sukkos. But this year it's a bit later and it really might be too cold. Also Sukkos has 3 day YTs this year.

2 + robe for pretty young kids. +one darker long sleeve summer thing for sukkos 3rd day probably.
For. An older child (maybe above 8?)I would do 2 + pretty skirt and 2 sweaters- I don’t have a kid that age but that’s what my sister did:

Winter is short in Israel, but I usually get 2 nicer outfits and 1 more comfy outfit (or robe)
They also have a couple of in-between outfits, and I also buy a nice cozy shabbos cardigan.

I usually buy 3. The few hand me downs I may have are extras. Sometimes I buy an extra outfit when they are heavily on sale. Winter is a long season here.

Definitely need 3 but they don't all have to be new...
One of my girls' dresses they got in the spring is a drop heavier and it's white and black based (has other colors as well but not summery) so it'll work ok with black tights...

I buy 2 robes for my little ones. I very often end up using both in a shabbos. So winter and summer I buy 2 outfits and 2 robes. I'd much rather wash a robe again and again than an outfit.

2 new ones each. They have things that fit from last year, although my toddler might need more than my other, older kids.
My daughter's robe still fits her, plus my friend gave me another one that might fit her, from her daughter who's the same age but much taller. In immaculate condition. I'm happy to use hand me downs if they work.

We get 2 from a gmach. I have a neighbor who gives me hand me downs so the girls will have 3-4 outfits total. Its once a week. Really only need for succos. I get one outfit from the gmach. My son gets 2 pants and 2 shirts. We don't live in the kind of neighborhood that cares as long as they are dressed and clean.

Can you link a boys robe please? I've seen matching 2 piece sets for boys but a proper robe I've never seen on a boy. Id love to see.

I usually do 1 outfit and a robe for my daughter. My son has 1 outfit for shul (he usually declines to go) and weddings, and a cheaper shirt and pants for home. We don't really go out much on shabbos and basically stay in robes. None of us like being dressed at home, so there's no need for so many outfits. With all of the 3 day Yomim tovim this year I might get one more per kid.

I have a 9 month old boy. I got him two, one from carters and a fancy one from a Jewish store as I had a credit from a gift card. The other days he can wear stretchies. I feel like I won't use three things the rest of the season. Barely even two.
I got the below, cute and well priced. And 100% cotton.
