Dc6 has been having accidents daily and I’m tired of the smelling all the time. We think it’s behavioral (dc gets too busy and just doesn’t go) and doesn’t seem bothered. We are worried that kids will notice and make fun of said child. I was thinking of buying padded underwear but I’m not sure if it’s a terrible idea or good idea. Any advice?

Look into encopresis it’s the cause 98% of the time. You need to do a clean out and get him on a daily schedule of sitting on the toilet for 30 minutes a day after supper. This is super common with boys who don’t sit long enough until they empty.

Seeing improvement. Also on mirilax. Any ideas how to get a kid to sit that long? Even 5 min is too long!

Put in a story cd with/without headphones, only gets to listen in bathroom
He will sit for full half hr and even maybe more
