I'm new to this. 2nd season bh and I have a lot more stuff then I did last year.
Any tips on how to close up/wrap the towels/linen?
Bh there was no water or mice last year but I want to be prepared.
I had this for my mattresses and 1/4 tore. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mai.....=true Anyone had better experience with something?
Should I just double garbage bag my swim towels?
I also want to leave there a crock pot. Just double bag it?
What about extra paper goods? Bring it home and buy fresh next year?
Anything else?

I cover all mattresses with plastic mattress protectors like a plastic fitted sheet
I put pots… into big plastic containers cuz I had a mouse tear the garbage bag of my crockpot once.
Towels can go into bags but put in dryer sheets to keep it smelling good

I wrap all my kitchen stuff in plastic, dishes, bowls, crock pot, food processor, etc.
Towels I put entire piles into a large plastic bag.
I cover beds with linen still on, with large plastic table clothes.
Most importantly, don’t leave ANYTHING edible, no spices, no dry goods, nothing!

cover counter tops sinks with plastic. It saves rust stains and leaves everything shiny.

I double bag all linen and towels and add a few dryer sheets in each. You can use these:
https://www.amazon.com/Ziploc-.....r=8-5
Or even better, use vacuum bags.
I keep everything in the kitchen cabinets and drawers (I.e. pots, Crock-pot, utensils, even paper goods and leftover spices sealed well) and cover door with disposable tablecloths, taped.
I wash all linen over the last week, and yes, we sleep on it just a couple of nights and continue sleeping on it the next season before washing again. You can leave each bed's linen bagged on the bed it goes on so you don't have to search through all the bags next year. (If you have a cleaning lady cleaning the bungalow before you come up next year, you Ĺcan even have her put the linen back on each bed.)
I also write up a list of everything that's left in the bungalow so I know what I have and what I need to buy. For example, umbrellas, scissors, pens, siddurim, kinnos (hopefully we won't need it next year), shampoo, sunscreen, detergent, flashlights, hangers, baby monitor, iron, ironing board, challah cover, knives, measuring cups/spoons, grater, hand blender, tongs, games, toys, helmets, goggles, etc.
