Looking for a bungalow colony for this summer, that has available rentals. Looking for min 3-4 houses together.

Cutlers bungalow colony in south Fallsburg sold their property to an investor who is in the process of selling the bungalows individually. Some of the owners may or may not be coming for every summer season (I know some are probably buying units as an investment as well). It would be kedai to inquire on this. There are loads of bungalows in cutlers. I believe it’s attracting a chassidish crowd of investors/buyers.

So we are Lakewood, not chassidish crowd. Would prefer a non fancier crowd.

Are bungalows typically rented out for the whole summer or is it by half? And what's the ballpark number for a not luxury, but also not squishy rundown bungalow?
