We are moving cross country this summer East to west coast. The amount of stress I have thinking of my to do list is paralyzing. Has anyone made a move like this? Any tips?
A moving company? How to pack up? How to manage time between when movers come and take my things and when we actually move… do I stay in an empty apt with my baby for 2 weeks? Or a hotel room in the new city with none of my stuff.
How to get cars there? We have two. Husband is thinking of driving one.
I’m stressed, half venting. Half asking for help.

I just moved from the Midwest to the East coast. Start packing now. I did books and toys I knew weren’t needed right away.
I packed a suitcase for a 2 week trip and once the movers came we lived out of the suitcase until the truck arrived. I stayed in the new house. I brought air mattresses and linens with me and sent an Amazon order of cleaning supplies and toilet paper to the house.
Pack an open me first box ( Google for contents) and take that in the car as well. Do an online grocery order so when you arrive there is food in the house.
