Mentally? Yes and no. I’m more than ready but at the same time very scared of the unknown, and change.
Physically? Not yet. I intent to pack bags and leave them in my front closet, but I haven’t done that yet. Though DH says it may be possible to stay in our home even after moshiach comes

Listen at minute 30, where Rabbi Akiva Tatz gives a sample of a piece of Torah from the Maharal that happens to be about mashiach. As he says, it’s out of this world. And it has to do with “being ready.” Let me know how you like it!

In Rabbi Mendel Kessin's most recent video, he says (based on calculation of the Ramchal) that techias hameisim will start in 2030, just 6 years from now! Not everyone will get up at the same time, it will take many years, but it will start then. And Moshiach is supposed to arrive before Techias hameisim.
Rabbi Isser Weissberg, who talks on this topic as well, also put the deadline of Moshiach at October 2027 (iirc.)

Not just ready, desperate. He can come when I'm in my gym clothing and my house is in shambles. I don't even care. Halevai he comes before candle lighting today though so at least I'll be in Shabbos clothing
