My children wanted to know who was watching them when we had our wedding...

My 17 year old daughter is a camp CIT. I asked her how her day was and she said she learned to get 20 kids to sit down and shut up.

Conversation with my 3 year old today
She- please go to the baby store and buy a baby sister for me.
Me- I don’t have directions to this store
She - just go into the car and go to the shop!
So I gave her her doll and said here is the baby from the store
She laughed - mommy you are so silly she is not a real baby. She’s just fake!

The Macabbim were firefighters in the Beit Hamikdash. (The words for Macabbi and firefighter are very similar in Hebrew)
In the Six Day War, Rav Goren came in through the Lion's Gate and conquered the Arab Wall, because it belongs to Arabs. (כותל המערבי = כותל הערבי)
At Matan Torah, Harav Goren blew Hashem's shofar

This happened today, I took my kids swimming today by my sister and my 4 yr old didnt want to go in the pool.
When I asked him why, he says todays Wednesday and on Wednesdays he doesnt go swimming.
And last night when singing on the karaoke mike, he was singing made up words, when asked what hes singing, son said oh its a Spanish song.
Yup he is the cutest, every day something else..

My 2yo likes to tell DH and me that he “needs to call his parents” (pretty much whenever we mention calling my folks or my ILs).

I'm always cheering on my two year old when he learns to do new things, and we were working on shoes.
Then I went to put my own shoes and he smiles and tells me that I did a great job!
