My 2 year old -
kvetching when she can’t explain herself like an adult “it’s like it’s .. I can’t say the words”

When asked to go to sleep a few times “I can’t sleep now I forgot to do my homework”

Sighs dramatically “I can’t ugh everyone just keeps bothering me and it’s annoying” shrugs shoulders and slinks away.

Whew I have my hands full with this one…

My oldest is 16, this happened a long time ago but we still laugh about how she used to call a tangerine, a candy ring.

When my youngest sister was about 5 she told my brother who is 2 years older than her- don’t think your so great because your bigger then me. I could’ve come home from the hospital first but the doctor only let 1 baby leave the hospital at a time, so I was nice and I let you go first because I knew they wanted a boy.

(She’s youngest of 7 girls and he was the first boy after 6 girls..)

Last year my niece got engaged, and right after that BH my DD got engaged. Then more recently, next niece got engaged and BH right after that my DD got engaged.

My 9 year old niece said to my sister - why do they always copy us?

3 yr old told us in the car he needed the bathroom, we asked him if he could hold it for a few minutes until we stop

He said no, because then his pee will be in his hands and spill everywhere
