Until what age would you feel comfortable having your kids swim with like a random older man or woman who happen to be using the pool? Ty

Mixed swimming is assur.
Ask your Rav for yourself.

It’s assur for a girl over bas mitzva if there is another random man in the opposite side of the pool? Obviously the girl would be in a tznius swim dress.

Yes it's assur for a man & women to be in the same body of water. Even if you're dressed tzenuis.
I think you should discuss it with your Rav to gain clarity.

At a beach it’s ok but a pool isn’t ok?

The swimming programs we go to are under rabbi fuersts psak. Girls can go swimming with men/boys under age 5 and boys can go with women/girls under age 3.

Many frum jews don't go to the beach. And many that do go, don't go in to the water.
And just because frum jews may go in to the water, it doesn't mean that it's halachically allowed.
This is something that you should be discussing with your Rav. You don't take halachic guidance from random women online.

Can someone clarify this? Thanks

Just because you see people doing something wrong doesn’t make it right. Mixed swimming is not allowed. A beach might be different in that it’s very big and often you can have a large part to yourself and it’s hard to say you are sharing a body of water when the guy is far across the ocean. But a pool is a small confined body of water and most definitely a much bigger issue. Most girls I know will sit in the sand at the beach, they don’t actually go swimming in the water.

As I said upthread, your Rav can clarify it for you. Imamother has all different types of jews that do differently, imamother can not pasken halacha for you.
