Who does this? What is approximate pricing? For around 100 -200 people, for an event for simcha

Huh?
Why can’t someone have mixed drinks?
Does it offend you that they said kosher as opposed to that being obvious?

I think she was understanding mixed as men and women together and felt that the intermingling, especially in the presence of alcohol to be not kosher.

Are you looking for a bar stand/station? Your wording sounds like you want a bar location to host a simcha, but I'm assuming you want a station where someone makes drinks at your location.

What city are you looking to host your simcha?
