Last shabbos, my toddler vomited for like 12 hours and then it stopped. He has had crazy diarrhea since then. Is this normal?

That’s a long time for a virus. Have you taken him off dairy and given binding foods?

Test him he might need antibiotics to get rid of it. Sounds like a parasite or food poisoning which often can’t go away on its own.

I hope it's not this. My child above him woke up vomiting this morning.
