My stomach is bubbling and hurting, I guess I ate something bad or have some weird virus. I can't stand up for more than a few minutes. It gets worse when I eat. No diarrhea or vomiting bH. What can I do to relieve it?
My house is upside down, I'm trying to get my kids ready while lying in bed crying in pain, they're not listening, husband is in mincha - I need to get better quickly so we don't go into YK unwashed and in a mess... Nevermind I'm so scared to fast like this....

Call a rav now ask when it’s an issue to fast. It’s likely turning into vomit or diarrhea soon. You can’t just assume you should fast you can get severely dehydrated. Call your husband and tell him you are very sick and he needs to come home.
