on 18th ave between 59 and 60th st. How do they make their gourmet potato salad dressing? the yellow one, not sweet. Besides mayo, salt, drop of vinegar? There's no mustard in there. It's yellow from eggs. I'm trying to recreate it.

How do you know it’s yellow from eggs? Maybe it’s turmeric? Saffron? Curry? There are lots of yellow spices. Even mustard would make it be yellow and not sweet and have a vinegar bite to it.

I dont know what saffron tastes likes. But I do know what curry and mustard taste like and they're not in it.

anyone know? I tasted saffron, I don't think that's in the potato salad. Has anyone tasted it and can guess what that spice, taste is from?
