Please list amazing makeup artists in passaic.
Want to look stunning but understated for my Simcha.
I’m in my 40s and heavy. Do not like a fake look or fake lashes etc Would love some not noticeable contouring, for reference of what I’m looking for.

I agree re Sarah kaplan. She's uber talented, will listen to you and honor the look you want, easy to work with and a true artist in her field. Her makeup lasts a LONG time (we used her for a 90+ degree outdoor chuppah. Our makeup was still on the next morning, a much more "well known" and famous monsey makeup artist's work on other family members was all gone by the meal, for example)

I agree with recommendation for sara Kaplan. For my bar mitzvah I didn’t want to spend the money on her for erev shabbos and went with someone cheaper and it really didn’t look as nice as when she did it Sunday night for bo bayom seudah. You really get what you pay for

I recently made the rounds of pricing MUAs in Passaic. The ones who quoted cheapest at $70-75 range were Blumi Sebbag and Shani Benarroch (she’s new to town). I don’t really know anything about either one though

What I love about Sarah kaplan is that not only is she so amazingly talented but she has the best middos, I reached out to her but she was more than I was looking to spend, without making me feel bad in any way she was so happy to send me other makeup artists who were in my price range. you might want to reach out to her even just to get numbers of others.

You can try Emunah (Abrams) Koval. She's excellent, super sweet, and charges $90 including lashes.
You can ask her for pics beforehand so you can see if you like her work.
