The original pronounciarion seems to have been with a segal (Drezel) but all the Draizels I know pronounce it with a tzairai (a relative checked it out before she got married to know the proper spelling on the kesuba)

I know a Dvarya!

most uncommon name I know of is Mintza. Only know one person with that name

Draizel is not a tzeirei it is a segel. It's spelled with an ayin. It's a normal name I know more people with that name than my name which is also not uncommon.
Most unusual that I know is probably Adonyuhi called Dony for short.
A lot of these names are common so I guess it just depends where you live.
