Rebetzin Carlebach from the Mir's name is Bat-Tzion.
She is Rav Nosson Tzvi Finkel ztl's wife's sister. Her father was the previous Mir Rosh Yeshiva before Rav Nosson Tzvi.

Yes. I know someone with that name. No ideas as to what the meaning is . She has it paired with a common name and only goes by the common one. |
Is she Sfardi? It can be short for "Fortuna" which is Mazal

Kelil and Kelila are beautiful names.
They’re quite common in certain circles.
A lot of the uncommon names here are just names from a different community. You won’t find Kelilah, Opher and Yinon in a chassidish community and you won’t find Dreizel, Breindel and Fishel in Kiryat Arba or Shilo but that doesn’t make them uncommon.

My daughter is named after my great aunt, Vitza. Same meaning as Vita from my research. Assuming the name somewhere originally was Chava.
It's my daughter's middle name and not used much, occasionally my husband calls her Veetzee.

My mom has one of these names. It's funny because I read through this entire thread and did not even think about my mom's name until I saw it mentioned here, I'm so used to it. It is one of the more unusual ones even on this list.
