Or something similar?

I tried Bright Lines and I had some success

Grey Sheet seems a little more simple but less restrictive

My main issue is Shabbos and how to navigate that. I don’t want to skip hamotzei and I can handle it

The other problem is having to drink black coffee and not having salad dressing

I need low carbs, I have pcos and I’m a comfort eater. I do better with a plan that tells me exactly what to eat and what not to.

I'm on Grey Sheet. You can have milk with your coffee but you need to count the protein.

About hamotzie on shabbos you won't find a sponsor allowing that. I do prepare my own 'matza' with wheat germ and flax, sesame seeds and spices, it's delicious! Many people on Grey Sheet wash on that.

Salad dressing is also fine in a measured amount.

Where are you located? If you're in Boro Park I can tell you about a live meeting you can come to and get a lot of support.

ETA- I assume you thought black coffee only because of the option to have tea or black coffee in between meals? The plan is 3 weighed and measured meals a day with nothing in between except sugar free soda, black coffee, tea, water. But you can have coffee with your meals, your sponsor would tell you how to count it.
