Does anyone have a recipe that can use frozen and ground blueberries? I want to use the blueberries for Shabbos, but the hechsher says they need to be ground up first, and I'm not sure how they would work in a regular muffin or crumble recipe.
Thanks

Maybe just blend with some water and lemon juice and make sorbet?

Not sure what your family would like but if you google "blueberry puree" there are loads of recipes. You can even simplify and make blueberry puree and mix it with yogurt. Most of them are desserts - there is even a recipe for layer cake using blueberry puree.
If you google savory blueberry sauce a lot of recipes come up using it with chicken as a sauce or as a glaze.

Thanks for the savory blueberry idea! Never crossed my mind to do a savory blueberry dish. I made a chicken sauce and everyone loved it.
