Does anyone know the spelt sourdough recipe the mommy dictionary uses? I took a screen shot a long time ago but can’t find it! I’m currently off instagram and don’t wanna go back on to ask her for it

If not- do you have a good spelt sourdough recipe? Tried and true? Specifically for spelt, not a regular wheat

Thank you! Her method is very different than the one I learned from a friend. I guess I should follow it as she says, right?

My recipe is

165gr water
60 gr active starter
300 gr white spelt flour
8 gr salt
