She looks a bit dazed and frozen in place. Not at all her usual breezy self. And that oversized top and jacket are surely hiding something. Whatever she is going through is something big.

They have been honest. They said they aren't saying anything, and they've stuck to it. No lies involved. Only conspiracy theories by the thousand.

Also, you can see the original edge of her sweater next to her hand. And then the sweater just disappears. It's some bad photoshopping.

Manipulating a photo isn't being honest.
It's not just conspiracy theories. I was following many conspiracy theories, but my reaction when had a quick glance at the photo was 'oh there goes all those rumours'. I thought this was putting everything to rest and then next thing I know when I go to look at it again is that the major news agencies have pulled the photo... So something weird is going on.
