And go…
Healthy recipes preferred but in the spirit of Yom tov all input appreciated.
Survival mode is in full gear!
No desserts pls. Unless it’s really 3 steps but I find that hard to believe.

5 cups frozen strawberries
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
Blend all. That's one step, and you have sorbet. You can fill directly in dessert cups.

Can the steak be cooked shorter?
Can I use rice instead of potatoes?
Thank you

This dessert is really really easy and quick! And delicious too.
Whip these 3 for a few minutes, then pour into a pie crust. Crush some lotus cookies and add on top. Freeze
2 small whips (or one big)
3 full tbsp lotus spread
1 vanilla pudding.

My favorite yomtov meat recipe
Slice onions and tomatoes.
Sprinkle salt (optional - black pepper) on minute steak.
Layer onion, then tomatoes, then minute steak, tomato again, then onion again.
(Optional add some red cooking or regular wine.)
Cook covered on low for 2 or more hours.
Can also be done with a roast. Not sure about the details.

Chop everything you like in a salad.
Add a can of sliced olives, shelled pumpkin seeds, shelled sunflower seeds, etc. To make it unhealthy, throw on some corn chips as well.
Mix olive oil or tehina, lime juice, water, and a bit of salt and garlic. Drizzle over and serve.

Whatever fits.
I prefer frying pan (stainless steel, not coated) with cover for convenience as it's not deep but on pesach's I've made do with whatever pot I've had available.
Cook covered.
(For roasts my mother does in disposable extra deep pan)
