Does anyone rememer the steps of teshuva, and what they mean, and the order?
I only remember azivas hacheit (which I think means verbalizing the sin?), charotah, and kabbalah al ha'asid (commiting to not do the sin in the future).
Thanks

Azivas hatcheit - stop doing the sin
Charata - regret it (think of the punishment)
Vidui - admit you did something wrong
Kabalah al haasid - accept on yourself not to do it again in the future
