200 usually. I only cook stove top over yt.

Depends on what you plan to cook.
Really shabbos you can't cook.
If you need your oven for 2nd night to cook,not reheat, it needs to be fairly hot (350°?), unless you plan on eating very late (or use stovetop)
If you're only using it for last meal, you put food in oven early and leave on 250°
