anyone have a chocolate glaze recipe to share (will be decorating with sprinkles)

I would just make a ganache - melt chocolate chips with a little whip (officially 2 parts chocolate chip to one part whip) and spread it on cupcakes. Immediately dunk cupcake into plate with sprinkles, smushing so it gets all over before the ganache sets.
