Crc says it does not need a hechser.

Following is the response I received to the question from a very knowledgeable mashgiach regarding parchment liners:
"in formulating the paper mash, there are fatty acids and other oil derivatives that may be from either nokosher or petroleum source... without a hechsher, you can not tell which is used."
