Hi! Anyone have a recipe with a bag of close slaw mix and mandarin oranges? Something simple please!

(Note: no chow mein noodles, we are having guest with celiac)

You can add any of these:
Scallions, sunflower seeds slivered almonds mandarin oranges
dressing would be a viengear/sugar/oil dressing

if you have purple cabbage, you can layer in a trifle style bowl and it is so pretty (and yummy)
