Chicken Marsala
Mashed potatoes
Make marsala sauce. Sautee small container of button mushrooms slowly, untill cooked through and not burnt, add about a cup of chicken soup broth, or water and soup mix, add about 1/4 cup white wine. Add salt and pepper. Add some cornstarch or flour, let it thicken, and then set aside. Coat sliced chicken breasts in flour with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Coat chicken in sauce.

I make a pretzel dough following the recipe in Kosher by Design for kids. Wrap around hot dogs. make sure to follow the last step in the pretzel recipe which says to dip the whole thing in a hot water/baking powder bath. Brush with egg and bake. It takes about 20/25 minutes start to finish.
ETA a picture from tonight

You can cheat and use premade pizza dough. My kids love it.

I'm way too cheap to do that. This is the dinner I make when I have no real ingredients in the house. I almost always have frozen hot dogs and flour and rapid rise yeast. Also, I've found this dough is so much easier to work with than premade pizza dough which tends to be really elastic.
