Yeah you don't fry meatballs, you boil them

I add an extra egg over what the recipe calls for. It's a great binder, keeps the balls soft, and less carbs than adding bread crumbs. Works wonders.

Chicken paprikash (kosher.com) which has potatoes in it, and spaghetti squash with a vegetable sauce (peppers, zucchini, mushrooms)

Except that I put the chicken on bottom, veg on top, pour sauce. Don't mix, bake 30 min covered, 30 uncovered. Mix before serving. The veggies remain more crunchy that way. (Broc, corn in addition to the ones mentioned above)

I need to try this method!
Last night was roasted cauliflower soup from lst week’s whisk. Easy, but I’d sauté the onions instead of roast with the other veggies next time. Main was Dinner Done’s hot poppers and French fries.
Tonight I made a one pan chicken and potatoes recipe someone posted on another thread.

Thanks for the suggestions for the dairy soup earlier!

Quesadillas à la BrisketBoss

Toast tortillas with cheese. Add a little white rice, then a little hot sauce, then some cubed roasted sweet potato with spices, then avocado slices, then perhaps tomato, corn, beans and a little more hot sauce on top.

Its the one from dinner done, aka a shortcut recipe. Put a box of pasta, 1 lb ground beef crumbled, 1 jar pasta sauce, 3/4 of said jar water in the pan, bake for 90 min at 350

I have recipe that calls for browning the beef, making a sauce, and the pouring it over pasta and baking, but who has time to wash another pot

leftover broth with whisked egg stirred in, then leftover rice dumped in. I was trying to make egg drop soup, but it didn't turn out right. ate what resulted with some sweet & sour sauce on top and it was actually really good

Stir the egg in very slowly. That way it can cook in solid bits!
