Does anyone have updated info on life there? Are there rentals for young couples? How much is the rent? What are the job opportunities there? Is there only one school?

There are lots of young couples in blue ridge, it’s really nice and a warm community
I think rental for a 3 bedroom townhome is around 1500-1700

There's one n-8 and another one that opened up for preschool and possibly expanding to elementary. There's a girls by HS and a boy's mesivta. Plus the naugatuck mesivta for some. The young couple is blue ridge tend to be a bit more modern than the rest of the community imo but it's small things like length of girls socks, age for tshirts.
There's also young couples in Waterbury proper. A new building was just converted to rentals.
The hashkafa is a mix of jpf and yeshivish.
And if you can afford a home, it will likely be cheaper than a rental.
