Challah from the freezer
Baked gefilte fish
Marinated tomato salad
Green salad for me
Chicken soup with kreplach (made before purim and frozen)
Roast chicken
Schnitzel for DH
Sweet Potato Pie
Chocolate Mousse Pie

I'm so excited. The chocolate mousse was from spice and spirit and even though it seemed I tried everything to ruin it I tasted some of the filling and it works. No margarine or raw eggs but a container of rich's whip)

Put your chicken in a roomy covered frying pan (otherwise it'll cook, not roast). Sprinkle with salt, pepper and plenty of paprika. Cover and cook over medium-low flame for 45 minutes.

A pre-Pesach hodgepodge, using up some food. I don't even plan in advance. It will probably include some of the following: a vegetarian (vegetables and fake meat) stir-fry in some kind of sauce along with rice, some guacamole or refried bean burritos, some falafel balls, spaghetti and sauce. Definitely some pureed butternut squash soup with cider cream. A salad. Maybe brownies or chocolate mousse.
