What kind of soup can I make for my baby -8mnths that she would eat?

At 8 months, a baby can eat anything you eat, more or less. My DD never ate jarred baby food a day in her life. She always got "people food".
Just set aside a portion of your dinner, and puree it with a stick blender. Easy peasy.

Soup? I'm not sure exactly what you mean but typically the extra water and spices in a soup are not necessary for your baby. But you could boil up chunks of carrot, potato, sweet potato, zucchini, etc and take out the soft veggies and mash with a fork.
Of course if family eating soup it can't hurt to give her some of what everyone is eating as long as it's wholesome...
Your best options are pureed or mashed proteins, fruits, and vegetables.
Avocados, bananas, sweet potatoes, plain yogurt, plain oatmeal, are some easy options that come to mind.
