Anyone have one that’s not the typical vinegar and oil based? Something different...

Mom in law made this over sukkos, it was delicious! Fresh and crunchy.
Red cabbage
Ramen noodles
Canned corn
Toasted almonds (used peanuts)
Red onion
Craisins
Sesame seeds
Scallions
(We only had the first 5, and it was still delicious.)
Any vinegar/oil dressing, or this:
1/4 oil
2-3 T sugar
2-3 T vinegar
Salt
Little bit of boiling water to dissolve sugar and salt
Enjoy!

I see you edited, cuz you *don't want oil/vinegar.
Here's one I make. It's a sweet crunchy tangy one.
Red cabbage
Mango (fresh/dried) (I use mandarins if don't have mango)
Candied/Chinese pecans
Red onion
Dressing:
1/4 c oil
2 T water
2 T vinegar
1 garlic cube
1.5 t ketchup
1.5 t mustard
3 T sugar
1/2 t salt
