Tonight was steak and oven baked fries. I also made instant pot soyaki mushrooms (it’s the teriyaki style sauce from Trader Joe’s). And a quinoa spinach salad.

The instant pot mushrooms are so easy to make. Just pressure cook 5 minutes the mushrooms with the soyaki sauce. I watered down the sauce, maybe used 1/2 cup sauce & 1/2 cup water.
