Tonight’s as far as I can go. I’m throwing cutlets on the grill with minimal spices and olive oil. Options to have on top of salad or chopped Israeli style veggies stuffed with humus in a baguette. Everyone loves it and it’s so easy.

Sunday: fried fish, grits, string bean salad
Monday: stuffed peppers, rice
Tuesday: vegetable soup, garlic knots
Wednesday: probably freezer, I need a break
Thursday: lasagna, salad with whatever vegetables are iyH left

I do not cook like this normally, but all my kids are home and my in laws are here too.

Monday lunch- shakshuka
Monday supper- barbecue hopefully for lag baomer, it’s tonight, right?
Tuesday lunch- homemade french bread, sliced vegetables, lox
Tuesday supper- ribs (if we have), couscous or whatever it was that I bought, salad
Wednesday lunch- falafel, homemade pita because the one in the store wasn’t fresh, israeli salad
Wednesday supper- potato knishes with mushroom sauce, honey garlic meatballs, salad
Thursday lunch- zucchini patties, cheesy onion buns, salad
Thursday supper- rice with hot dogs, salad

Last night was Fish and Chips, both from the freezer! We're a bit wary of takeout food at the moment, so it was really nice to have food that wasn't made by me Smile

Tonight is quesadillas with peppers, onions and black beans

Tomorrow is Korean beef bowls with broccoli and brown rice

Wednesday is homemade chicken Nuggets with green beans

Thursday is open. If there is leftover meat I will make eggrolls otherwise some sort of pasta.

We are having grilled chicken and grilled chicken salad.

Monday night is Shabbos leftover night in our house. We're having Tuscan chicken over spaghetti squash, roasted potatoes with shallots, potato chip chicken, noodle kugel, and purple coleslaw with peanut butter dressing.

I just cut up chicken cutlets into smaller pieces and tossed into a pan with sweet potato wedges, onions sliced into rings, and frozen broccoli. I mixed some bbq sauce with garlic powder and ginger powder, mixed it all over, and baked on 400
