Tonight’s as far as I can go. I’m throwing cutlets on the grill with minimal spices and olive oil. Options to have on top of salad or chopped Israeli style veggies stuffed with humus in a baguette. Everyone loves it and it’s so easy.
I do not cook like this normally, but all my kids are home and my in laws are here too.
Monday lunch- shakshuka
Monday supper- barbecue hopefully for lag baomer, it’s tonight, right?
Tuesday lunch- homemade french bread, sliced vegetables, lox
Tuesday supper- ribs (if we have), couscous or whatever it was that I bought, salad
Wednesday lunch- falafel, homemade pita because the one in the store wasn’t fresh, israeli salad
Wednesday supper- potato knishes with mushroom sauce, honey garlic meatballs, salad
Thursday lunch- zucchini patties, cheesy onion buns, salad
Thursday supper- rice with hot dogs, salad

Can I come over? Your menus always look delicious!
