Last night was turkey meatballs with a sweet and sour type sauce, brown rice and green beans.
Tonight I am re purposing leftover meatballs into a stuffed zucchini and will make fresh rice and the rest of the greenbeans for the kid who hates zuchinni.
Last night I ate a quick stew of kidney beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, garlic, and oregano over leftover rice
Side of roasted beets
A peach and some almonds for dessert.
I notice a lot of meat meals here. I find I cannot eat so much meat. Once on Shabbat and once during the week is enough for me. My highly carnivorous DH would disagree, so we eat very different things during the week. I tend to crave dairy.
Ooooo can you post recipe pleeeeeez? I have way too much minute steak in my freezer.
There’s a great really easy recipe for minute steak that’s cooked in the oven on a low temperature for around 6 hours . It’s on the blog between carpools.

Stir fried broccoli and mushrooms, with super thinly sliced beef. Served over brown rice, and a small salad on the side. A couple squares of extra dark chocolate for dessert.
Squishy doesn't seem like you to run from the kitchen. Maybe there was an ayin horah on the abundant of food you posted that you cooked that now nothing is happening. Or did you get burnt out?
For my active toddlers when they were too quiet & not up to something, I went to check if they've got fever...lol

I love the kitchen. I was kind of curious to see what happens when mom goes on strike. My family was incredulous when I told them it is their turn to cook.
They all ended up having sandwiches made with Dave's Killer Bread.
I made up for it Shabbos. They guys got t bone steaks which that said tasted like brisket. Us gals had roasted chicken breasts I made the usual Shabbos enhanced by tuna steak and sea bass.
