That reminds me of the rice with spoons of cocoa and sugar that was served at lunch in my nursery school! I remember the other girls heaping the cocoa and sugar over their bowls of white rice. TMI

It's putting me in the mood to bake chocolate sugar cookies.

Everyone besides me had dinner elsewhere. So far I had a tradition soup but I’m still thinking of ordering takeout. Lol.

I googled it- so a dough filled with different things could be cheese or meat etc.

What did you fill with?

Tonight we had “skinny Mexican pizza”, aka corn tortillas baked on 400 for 10 min. Shmeared with homemade retried black beans, topped with diced tomato, scallions, olives, jalapeño and cheese. Bake for 10 more min and drizzle guacamole on top. Yum!

You make your regular dough recipe, and then you mix 1 lb shredded mozzarella, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp baking powder, (salt+pepper to taste).

And then you egg the top and sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake for 20ish min .

It’s so hot today... are people really making supper?

I just made pancakes for my kids.
I’m eating a bowl of cereal now.
I have some shabbos leftovers heating up in the oven if anyone wants fleishigs later.

That soup sounds delicious, I'm so in the mood. I have some zucchini soup in the fridge, maybe I'll warm up a bowl.
