I sautee a lb of cremini mushrooms sliced or cut in quarters and put to the side. Then I cook the pasta in the Instant Pot. If its spaghetti break in half. Use 4 cups of water for 1 lb of pasta. Cook for 5 min on high pressure then quick release. After its cooked, I add prepared pesto, some milk, the mushrooms and cheese and mix around until its all combined. Such an easy thursday dinner when I am prepping for shabbos.

So the other day, I was writing my menu (chicken fajitas and spanish rice) and because of your post, realized that I assumed everyone realized chicken fajitas came with peppers and onions and maybe other veg. And of course on a tortilla, but I edited it a bit to be more explicit. Curious, how would you have written this: we had chicken fajitas made with boneless, skinless chicken breast, used Ortega taco seasoning for it, which I cooked on the stove and added green peppers, mushrooms, and onions, and spanish rice which came out of a box with seasoning, and tortillas. I just edit my menus way down because I figure no one cares what shape my pasta is!

Just enjoying everyone's choice of nuance!
Your menu is not detailed enough because if I am looking for Ideas of what to make for supper tonight I can't copy you! I like to read detailed menus and yes I care what shape your pasta is!
another thing, each type of pasta by me I make with a different shape, so it matters.
spiral gets done by me with breadcrumbs or veg/cheese.
macaroni I make a stove top recipe like baked ziti or with cottage cheese
bowtie comes with cabbage
reg wide pasta with cocoa
wheels in gravy of meat etc

I wrote pasta with cocoa/ cocoa & sugar sprinkled onto pasta before eating. Thats how my kids like it. This was a conversation once here already if its Hungarian or chassidish or stam weird so I dont post it anymore. Then I would just write pasta.
That reminds me of the rice with spoons of cocoa and sugar that was served at lunch in my nursery school! I remember the other girls heaping the cocoa and sugar over their bowls of white rice.

I use dark chocolate in some dishes to give a richer more complex taste.
I have also had pasta that was partially made out of chocolate. I never heard of cocoa and sugar on top of pasta. It sounds like something a kid would love. I don't think it is weird. I think it is novel.
