Squishy, you never cease to amaze me! You have such variety! Hope your family appreciates!
Do you cook for business or do you have a large crowd you cook for? For how many do you cook, that its worth to make so many choices?

I don't think the kids especially appreciate it. Iy"h when they have their own families they will. LOL - they used to ask me why can't I make hotdogs like other moms. They would tell me the other kids don't have to have vegetables. Why do they have to eat healthy?

DH likes traditional and meat dishes. I get bored and don't particularly like heavy meat dishes.

I took cooking lessons at the CIA. No business and a small family. But I love when I get company.

Today is a beautiful Italian risotto and tuna steak for the gals with a nectarine, tomato, and toasted walnut salad.

The guys get saffron jasmine rice.
Rotisserie chicken
Garlic mashed potatoes

Shaved zucchini and peas for all.

I baked flourless almond cookies with nonpareils and corn muffins this morning. I plan to do a bread bread with sundried tomatoes in keeping with the Italian theme.

I ended up using chili powder instead of Cajun, and much less, just to taste.
I ended up doing it on a sheet pan at 450 for 25 minutes, minus the green beans.
Then added in the green beans and continued to bake everything for an additional 10 min.
