Had what the doctors call a heart attack in September and have been feeling so depressed. Am still isolated in Israel, can't get around now, need tehillim Eden Zilpah Bat Sarah Chana - refuah shleima. Todah.

I am also in heart failure among my other health issues. It's not easy. Wish you were closer. 
Watch that depression. There's a strong correlation with heart failure.
Is there something you need that maybe we can help with? Maybe someone knows resources or we can give you heart healthy recipes.
I am dovening for you.
