Ah, this was a great thread!

Tonight: meatballs burgers and pasta
Tomorrow: pesto marinated chicken cutlets; lemon-rosemary marinated chicken cutlets; French fries; cauliflower soup

Sunday: leftover chicken soup , chicken cutlet skewers, pasta and broccoli and cauliflower roasted
Monday: leftover soup, ground beef burger mashed potatoes and pickles and letcho
Tuesday: quinoa, sauted dark chicken nuggets and sausages, Cole slaw

We've been cheating on the veg since I'm not stocked up

I also made roasted chickpeas and that with the schnitzel was delicious in a lettuce salad .

Mini carrot/cheese muffins.

Today
Honey dew
Sauteed chicken cubes with onions & pastrami with a sauce stuffed in a ww pita.
Cabbage & bowtie noodles

Tonight was one pot cabbage soup with chicken and potatoes in it. Crazy busy these days. Tomorrow is broiled salmon with orzo and vegetables.

Last night cubed chicken cutlets sauteed with mushrooms and onions. Some soy sauce and it was yum. With brown rice and roasted zuchinni
Tonight hamburgers, buns, veggie toppings and whole wheat couscous for those who don't like buns

Pear and Spinach salad
Talipia for the girls
Roast for the guys with carrots, sweet potatoes and pearl onions
Saffron rice and chick peas for all
(I haven't decided exact recipe yet. Chickpeas are still cooking. I am open to suggestions.)
